1)      Goal Setting: the goal is to make 1000 student enroll into the centre in the first year. So first think is to set clear goal. To understand the objective and to view the path that we need to travel to achieve the goal. Objectives are not only to take admission of 1000 students but also to make them qualify for the entrance. Out of 1000 students 300 will be for MBA/MCA Entrance, 300 for Engineering Entrance and 400 for corporate training. The organisation is has to achieve all the admission just before the time of the course that it starts.

2)      Vision: Provide value to student. Give all the facilities to all the students more than what they expect. Taking care of all the staff and also to provide value to the staff and student both. Vision has to be clear that value to student and staff.

3)      Developing planning premises: Capacity developed is for 1000 students in first year. Admission and batch for Engineering, MBA and MCA entrance will be in middle of the year(may and june).  Corporate training can be done throughout the year.

4)      Understanding the weakness: the company is new so people will not trust in starting. Being a small scale company the budget has limit. The competition is with big players like RBE, PT, IMS etc.  Organisation need to rely more on direct marketing by people than on advertisement.

5)      Scheduling the plan: Organisation will achieve 50% of the revenue by the middle of the year though fees. Remaining of the revenue will be generated in second half. Requirement is to be done just before one month of starting the course. To be on safe side certain backup for part time faculties will be recruited.

6)      Formulation of policy and strategies: To achieve the goals of 1000 students, manager needs to make policies and strategies for achieving the desired goals. The policy will be such that marketing is done throughout the city for getting maximum admission.
